Constructed on an old greenhouse site these two traditional high end luxury properties have all the traits of exceptional dwellings including two storey conservatories, hardwood joinery internally, a swimming pool and spa. Also constructed within the site boundary is a new electrical substation, built for the JEC in a traditional Jersey theme. With under floor heating throughout these houses are fitted out to the highest standard.
