The location for this project is within existing car showrooms, and required that the existing petrol station remain operational during the build process. This project from tender to completion was completed on a fast track basis and took only 12 weeks to negotiate and complete, with the actual build taking just 9 weeks. The project was completed to the complete satisfaction of our client and end user on time and within budget.
